There has been oodles written about the 4 hour working week or similar, The premium text on the subject is THE 4 HOUR WORK WEEK by Timothy Ferriss. But there are two main questions for people who have read the back of the book or ever wanted a better life earning more by doing less.

Well of course people do this and some are sucessful. Reading Timothy Ferriss’ book will answer this for you, but the basic model can be explained very quickly.

Outsource web design, oursource content writing, outsource SEO etc.
Either for your own business activities or for third parties.
But you do need a budget, nothing comes for free. But if you are selling SEO expertise for £45 an hour and just paying £10 an hour it is simple to see how such things are possible.
But the essential skill that you will need through out and it THE most important skill to any business model is SELLING (other than the primary function of the business, it is hard selling SEO or PHP coding skills when you cannot actually supply these services)
If you don’t have a clue about selling person to person I can recommend Richard Denny’s book Selling To Win
It is an excellent book and gives a real boost to anyone who would like to know how to sell but has never had any experience.
