    2. Hi Brian,

      Thank you for the support. PC World have been in contact and have offered me another laptop to replace this one, they’ve also agreed to pay the repair costs I’ve had. People Power does indeed work and publicising these matters means they get addressed correctly. Maybe we should all shout a bit more!
