My jaw actually dropped when I saw this, fantastic technology that I am sure we will be seeing much more of in the coming years (months?).
This is true web 2.0 stuff, a new usefull technology for what should be the simple application of resizing an image.
This actually makes the image appear like a real image and not a squashed / streached image when aspect ratio is changed to fit a different page size / page layout.
Two months ago when the PremierCookware affiliate program was launched on the Affiliate Window affiliate network, we launched with a stonking 7% commission. The nearest cookware competition on affiliate window only offered 4-5% commission.
7% commission for the highest quality products listed on ‘Premier’ is an amazing level. Very good commission level for a strong niche with some high ticket price items.
Since launch a direct competitor launched with a much higher commission rate. Their products though compete in the same market were not the high quality brands that are listed on premier cookware’s website.
But we have stepped up to the plate and put forward a 10% base rate commission with a second level commission of 12% (for just achieving £500 worth of sales a month).
Now we believe that we have the best commission rates for any UK cookware company. Indeed if anyone out there sees any cookware merchants offering the same highest quality cookware, bakeware, kitchen knives pots and pans etc we will go to match their affiliate offer.
The UK horror movie Broken is finally to get a UK DVD release. 20th August 2007!
Made by up and coming UK movie writers / directors Simon Boyes and Adam Mason (Who are off to the states to film their new flick) Broken tells the story of Hope, a single mother, who one morning wakes-up in the woods with a psychopath, fighting to survive, trying to establish the fate of her daughter.
Why am I telling you this on an affiliate marketing blog. Well I am proud to say that I was part of the process that brought this movie to the attention of the distributors. I created the original official website (which went through 3 different incarnations as the name and focus of the movie changed) and proceeded with marketing of the movie to film distributors.
Yes, I have got a credit on the movie.
Anyway. It would be great if any Movie / dvd affiliates out there could mention this title on their sites.
The DVD is getting a release in the UK, Asia and Australia. It is already available in Germany
I hate to say that the UK DVD cover (above) is a little uninspiring, I much favour the Asian or Australian (below) covers.
